There are a few common questions that you may have while shopping at LectroComponents.com.  If you don't see your answer here, just click the Contact Us option from the home page and we will get back to you with an answer quickly!

Q:How can I search for a specific product without having to go through page after page of options?  A: Good question!  We have a few options for that.  You can search by product number using the search box at the top right of the home page.  You can search by brand by clicking the brands link from the home page, or you can use our filtering option to find exactly the type of product you need easily and effectively.

Q: How do I know if the product I've found on your site is in stock, available to ship today, and will be here when I need it?  A: Thanks for asking!  After you've placed your order, you will receive an email from a Lectro salesman to confirm that your product is here and ready to ship. 

Q: How do I know my shipping costs?  A: After you've placed your order, a Lectro salesman will email you and let you know exactly what the shipping costs will be.  You will not be charged for your order until you've accepted those charges.

Q: I need my product shipped to Europe, do you accept foreign currency?  A: Yes we do!  Currently the only foreign currency we accept is Euros, but any special request can be handled on an individual basis.

Q: What if I recieve the wrong product, or the product I receive is damaged during shipping?  How does Lectro handle returns?  A: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error!
